2) Purpose of the Bot
- The Bot exists solely to post announcements/alerts and upcoming updates.
- The Bot does not reply to users; if it ever does, the message may be auto‑generated via an AI API.
- Note: You cannot add this Bot to your own servers; it operates in a limited scope.
3) No Data Handling
- The Bot does not collect/store/share personal data.
- It does not read DMs or access user information.
4) Prohibited Use
- Misuse, spam, reverse‑engineering, unauthorized invites/additions, or any use violating Discord policies is prohibited.
5) Availability
- We aim for 24/7 availability, but no uptime guarantee. Maintenance/outages may occur.
6) No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
- Provided “as is,” with no warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7) Termination
- We may suspend/terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated.
8) Changes
- We may modify these Terms; the updated version will be posted on our site.
9) Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
